Property is located in the small hamlet of Ghugukham , in an open area of close to 15000 sq metres, with no other costruction in the vicinity , the road up to the cottage is pucca and leads to kotabagh near corbett some 50 kms away . 4 separate mud houses make up the living area , with space for three tents that will be put up later , they are in the upper potion of the property. there is a separate kitchen and dining hall which is an inhouse restaurant , and a cook and a helper are available from morning till night to cook meals for the guests . property is a resort and two cottages are available to Air B"n B guests . Guest access Guests can access the whole area of the property , including the dining hall and the open area , but only two cottages are available for air bnb guests, one cottage can accommodate maximum 3 guests with one double bed and an extra mattress , that will be provided separately, Every cottage has an attached washroom and geyser .
