Freshly upgraded in March 2025 - all maintenance and cleaning issues have been addressed! This 3 bed 3 bathroom beach house with a private pool. With ample room for everyone and an ideal location, enjoy the sugar white beaches and emerald waters just a block and a half away. Both couches downstairs are pullout sofas (one queen, one twin) and both upstairs bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Enjoy your morning coffee or late night cocktail on the private balcony off the master suite! Outdoor shower conveniently located on the entrance to the side of the house. Take a walk along the boardwalk, or plan the family cookout on your charcoal grill and large deck overlooking the private pool! THE COMMUNITY The community also offers a large community pool, which is heated in some winter months, as well as two tennis courts and a sand volleyball pit! THE AREA Walk to restaurants like Kenny D's (fabulous karaoke!) and Captain Daves on the Gulf! The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World - let us know if you’d like help planning an excursion! Deep sea fishing is very popular here. Walk to the beach with private beach access! We do not provide a golf cart but can help you rent one - we encourage early booking as they will book up early in high season. **Please note, the private pool is not heated**
