Villa Piccolo Mondo was built in 1652 and renovated with great care and attention to every detail in 2022. The villa is located in the quiet and small village of Boka bay - Kotor, but only a few minutes from the Adriatic sea and beach, restaurants and stores. It is not far from the TIVAT airport (8km), KOTOR (11km) and BUDVA (14km). Free parking is available in front of the villa. The villa consists of three separate (non-conjoined) units with private entrances. Each unit offers a living room, bedroom with high-quality and comfortable beds, fully-equipped and well-stocked kitchen with a fridge and an oven, and bathrooms with toilet. Unit 1 - offers a king-sized bed, stand-up shower and toilet, living room, and fully-equipped kitchen. Unit 2 - offers a king-sized bed, convertible couch, stand-up shower and toilet, living room, and fully-equipped kitchen. Unit 3 - offers a king-sized bed, a twin bed, and couch, two toilets and a stand-up shower, living room, and fully-equipped kitchen. Each unit is luxuriously designed in its traditional Mediterranean architecture incorporating antique and original decorations. All three units have easy access to the intimate courtyard, private pool, and beautiful terraces with gardens and spectacular views. The entire villa is supplied with natural spring water sources..
