Our cabin is less than 2 minutes to multiple Hatfield and McCoy trails. Brand new built in 2022. Situated on over an acre of mountain property, our place is private yet less than 20 minutes to Sam’s Club. We have 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeps 8. Long circular driveway with lots of parking. Fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor bar seating, fire pit and covered front porch make this space perfect for relaxing after a long day of riding ATV’s, hunting, or fishing. The space Our cabin has a front porch that is the length of the house. This opens into a Great Room with vaulted ceilings and wood plank walls. Included in this area is the kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, sink, and bar area. There are 3 recliners, a sofa bed, fireplace and tv. Each side of the Great Room has a bedroom opening off of it. The Primary bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom that has shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a full bed and a queen bed. The second bathroom is located at the back of the house with a shower/tub combo. The back doors opens on to a covered deck with a built-in bar and patio lights. The back steps lead to a fire pit where you can relax at night and enjoy the mountain air. Guest access There are two closets that are locked that guests do not have access to. The crawl space is off limits as well. Otherwise guests can use the rest of the house. Please be respectful of neighbors who live here year-round. Other things to note Lots of homes in the mountains of West Virginia, including ours, uses a cistern for the water supply. This means we have a limited amount of non-potable water that can be used for showers, toilets, and cooking. There are two filters installed before the water enters the house, but we choose not to drink the water. We will provide bottled water for you to use for drinking. If you’re staying for an extended time you may need to get extra water. We have a standard 50 gallon hot water heater, so with multiple consecutive showers you may run out of hot water until it has time to refill.
