This semi detached home has been built for holiday let purposes only (part of our planning conditions). It is part of our successful family run site near Redruth in Cornwall. We have been offering excellent value for money and immaculately clean properties for over 10 years. We are close to A30 connections and a few minutes drive to two glorious beaches (Portreath and Porthtowan) Cycling and walking routes are right on the doorstep. We accept families with children over 10 years. The space Pigallie Heights One is a house over 3 floors. You enter at the open plan living dinning room kitchen. There is a Utility with a toilet at this level. Up stairs there is a bedroom in the eaves with a king size bed. Downstairs is the main bathroom and two double bedrooms (one has an ensuite). Both downstairs bedrooms can have the beds mde as either twin singles or one big superking. Guest access The property has its own private garden that can be accessed from either the main bedroom downstairs or via a staircase from the car park. The car park is shared with Pigallie Heights Two. If you have a large family get away the two properties can be booked together.
