Cottage is located on a double lot with 90 feet of waterfront directly on Devil's Lake. A large yard provides lots of space for outdoor living and yard games like badminton, croquet, corn hole, and bocce ball. The garage space is actually a large bonus room great for kids or relaxing on the sofa to watch a movie. There is also a dining/game table. A desk is also provided if you need to do some work while on vacation. Other things to note Cottage is located on two lots in the most coveted neighborhood on Devil's Lake. This cottage has been in the same family since it was built in 1940. It has been lovingly maintained by our family. While retaining the "cottage" feel of days gone by, it has been updated to provide amenities for today's living.
