The living room and dining room have been opened up for guests to share and enjoy each other's company. Whether you're at the bar counter rooting for the home team on the 65" TV or setting up the dining room table for a fun-filled game night, there is ample space for you and your group to create memories. The space This house is big enough for the entertaining crowd, yet quaint enough for the solitary soul. The driveway can accommodate 5 cars, which makes it big enough for any of your big toys. Easy to get to as it is conveniently located off of NYS Route 17. New Ashley furniture on the first floor brings a modern feel to the open layout of the sitting room, living room, and dining room. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and brand new butcher block counter tops. Washer and dryer, and a full bathroom, are just off the kitchen. The living room and sitting rooms have brand new Ashley couches and sofas, two of which in the living room pull out into queen beds for additional sleeping. The sitting room provides extra sleeping with a full pullout couch. Upstairs has a brand new bathroom with a double sink vanity. The four bedrooms provide privacy and space away from the first floor living areas. Two larger bedrooms have roomy queen mattresses. There are two smaller rooms, one with another comfortable new queen mattress and a bedroom with a twin trundle pull out. There is ample closet space and dressers for clothing and toiletries. Guest access Access to the garage is available upon request. The electric breaker and water heater are accessible for emergency use. Other things to note Butcher block countertop is sealed with polyurethane and not for chopping or cutting. A wandering field mouse has been known to visit our country home, which is common for the area. We work with a professional pest control company to maintain and manage it.
