Experience the harmony of nature and city at Casa Belladona, a Noucentista house with character in Barcelona. Surrounded by oak trees, it offers a peaceful atmosphere minutes from the city. The metro is a 3-minute walk, with direct access to Plaza Catalunya. The house can be enjoyed in two ways: the main house for smaller groups, or with an additional loft space (upon request). The loft is ideal for yoga or workshops and is not rented separately. A place to slow down, breathe and reconnect. The space casabelladona: A Serene Escape in the Heart of Nature Discover a beautifully conserved 1930s villa nestled in the "lung" of Barcelona, perfectly situated within the Collserola Nature Reserve. This charming home combines the tranquility of Mediterranean woodland with the vibrant pulse of the city. casabelladona offers two spacious floors. The upper floor features three bedrooms, a small studio, a bathroom, and a terrace with lovely parkland views. The lower floor includes a self-contained bedroom with a shower, a living room with a sofa bed, and an American-style kitchen-dining area. The extensive garden terrace surrounds the villa, providing numerous spots to relax, read, play table tennis, or enjoy barbecues. Surrounded by mixed woodland, the house stays cool and fresh on summer nights. It's the ideal place to combine work and leisure, engage in creative and cultural activities, or simply enjoy moments of tranquility away from the city’s hustle and bustle. casabelladona has two entrances, as shown in the photos. The main entrance features stairs up and flat areas along a gentle slope. The alternative entrance can be accessed via a small wooded path, offering a gentler walk if you prefer to avoid stairs up. Please inform us in advance if you would like to use this alternative access, and we’ll gladly arrange it for you. Additionally, we offer an extra space for courses and meetings, available upon request with advance notice and at an additional cost. Guest access The house has two entrances, as shown in the photos. The alternative entrance is accessible via a small wooded path with a gentle downhill walk and may be more suitable if you prefer to avoid stairs. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to use this alternative access, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.Renting this house is renting the whole house. Nobody else is using the house when you are there. If you are more than nine people, there is a beautiful extra space in the garden. Suitable for working or courses. I will send photos if you require them. There is a long distance between neighbours. Tourist Tax (Barcelona regulation) To honour local regulations in Barcelona, a tourist tax applies and is not included in the booking price. It will be gently requested through Airbnb’s Resolution Centre. The amount is €10 per person, per night, for guests over 16 years old, with a maximum of 7 nights (no tax applies beyond that).
