This charming home combines the tranquility of Mediterranean woodland with the vibrant pulse of the city. casabelladona offers two spacious floors. The upper floor features three bedrooms, a small studio, a bathroom, and a terrace with lovely parkland views. The lower floor includes a self-contained bedroom with a shower, a living room with a sofa bed, and an American-style kitchen-dining area. The extensive garden terrace surrounds the villa, providing numerous spots to relax, read, play table tennis, or enjoy barbecues. Surrounded by mixed woodland, the house stays cool and fresh on summer nights. It's the ideal place to combine work and leisure, engage in creative and cultural activities, or simply enjoy moments of tranquility away from the city’s hustle and bustle. casabelladona has two entrances, as shown in the photos. The main entrance features stairs up and flat areas along a gentle slope. The alternative entrance can be accessed via a small wooded path, offering a gentler walk if you prefer to avoid stairs up. Please inform us in advance if you would like to use this alternative access, and we’ll gladly arrange it for you. Additionally, we offer an extra space for courses and meetings, available upon request with advance notice and at an additional cost. Guest access The house has two entrances, as shown in the photos. The main entrance features a mix of stairs and flat areas along a slight slope. The alternative entrance is accessible via a small wooded path with a gentle downhill walk and may be more suitable if you prefer to avoid stairs. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to use this alternative access, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.Renting this house is renting the whole house. Nobody else is using the house when you are there. If you are more than nine people, there is a beautiful extra space in the garden. Suitable for working or courses. I will send photos if you require them. There is a long distance between neighbours.
