The detached garage/barn is private storage and is not to be entered. Please note that the neighbor's house/garden directly in front and to the West is not our property and should not be entered. This includes the horse coral and wood framed swing set. Other things to note Brookman House is accessed from a shared gravel driveway on a "flag lot" behind another property. While we are located in a rural/suburban area on 5 acres, we do have neighbors that are visible on 2 sides of the property. Because it is a rural setting you may hear sounds you don't typically hear in a suburban area. On occasion, neighbors in the area engage in recreational target shooting.
