There are HD TV’s throughout the house and on the covered lanai. The master bedroom has a huge master bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The master bedroom also has a large walk in closet. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances throughout. The space Executive style home Located on the 14th fairway. Has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Covered lanai with heated pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and TV. Other things to note There is a mandatory membership transfer fee required by Bonita National. This fee is $462. This allows guests to use the gym, clubhouse pool, restaurants and spa throughout their stay. There is an optional golf membership charge of $500 that allows the renter to golf at the course. Each round of golf is paid separately depending upon the number of holes played. Small dogs are allowed for a fee.
