The space When you open the gate of the property, a cobbled path leads to the covered terrace of the bungalow. To the right of the paved path in front of the house is a small meadow with fruit trees and from it on the right you reach a few steps down to the also paved parking lot, which even fits two cars. The covered terrace of the bungalow offers a good view of the bungalow settlement as well as the private parking, the paved path and the meadow. Also, from there, when autumn starts, you can even see the lake. The covered patio can be enjoyed well in all seasons. It offers protection from too much sun or rain. You can eat at the table, sit on the sofa or even sleep on it on warm nights. From the terrace, the front door leads into the hallway with wardrobe and mirror. On the left you enter the modern bathroom with toilet, sink, shelf and shower. Behind it from the hallway to the left is the kitchen and straight ahead is the door to one of the two bedrooms. In this there is a large cozy bed for two people, from which you have a beautiful view of the back garden and the photo collage on the wall (mainly with pictures of Lake Scharmützelsee). In the room there are two large chests of drawers, as well as an additional shelf. We also provide table tennis rackets and painting stuff. From the hallway you enter the large living and dining room on the right. In the front area there is a dining table with a large window and behind it the sofa , armchair and TV with a further small window. From the living room you enter the second bedroom. This offers an even better view of the garden and from there you can access the terrace at the back of the house through the terrace door. Behind the house you can also walk past the house on the left. You can walk around the house once, with the orchard on the right side of the house. Behind the house, you have a perfect privacy screen. You can also eat very well there, sunbathe or use the garden shower. If you walk down the hill where the very quiet and idyllic bungalows settlement is located, there is a street where the bus stop is located. If you walk to the right from there, you can reach the bakery in just 6 minutes. However, if you cross the street, you are right on the large swimming beach with playground area, ping pong tables, large bathing meadow, beach volleyball court, a delicious snack bar and the lake. On the lake there are several benches from which you can experience the beautiful and unique sunset in the evening. However, the sunset is also good at the bungalow two minutes away, as the evening sun always glows very nicely into the house and onto the terrace. Guest access The entire bungalow with fenced garden and parking (see photos) is yours for the rental period. Other things to note Diensdorf is the most idyllic place on Lake Scharmützelsee. The bungalow settlement is very quiet and relaxed, but the place itself still offers many activities. In the old school barn, events take place regularly, as well as the very popular classic car meeting with flea market in the spring or, for example, concerts. In addition, the beach is nearby with a snack bar and playground. There are also occasional free parties on the lake. There is also a small forest to explore. In addition, you can have bicycles delivered to the Hotel Märkisches Meer for a bike tour around Lake Scharmützel or have breakfast there and there is a bakery in Diensdorf. You can also walk to a water sports equipment rental company where you can rent pedal boats, motor boats, SUPs or, for example, canoes and windsurfing equipment or book courses. Numerous other activities are also offered around the lake. Be it the annual bike tour around the lake, in which everyone can spontaneously participate and win prizes, the climbing park, the thermal baths or the cinema in Bad Saarow, numerous restaurants in the area, such as the steak house in Bad Saarow or the restaurant and the outdoor bar at the marina Café Dorsch, the adventure park Irrlandia or a hike in the Rauner mountains to the lookout tower, from which you can even see Berlin. Highly recommended is also the annual free party at the end of summer at Lake Scharmützel with live shows, a fair, laser show and fireworks. There is a lot on offer around Lake Scharmützel, although Diensdorf is still one of the few quieter, more village-like and therefore more relaxing places!
