Living Room- Half bath, TV, Wifi, Central AC Unit, 200+ books, bluetooth speakers, sectional and sofas. Our property is located on top of a mountain top located in a non-gated, residential neighborhood. You’ll have to drive up a short hill in order to access it. It’s also surrounded by a giant forest which makes it perfect for nature lovers and guests looking to enjoy a peaceful stay. Although secluded and very private, you can expect to see neighbors. We are only 10mins away from SJU/Isla Verde, 15mins from Ocean Park and 20mins from Old San Juan. Groceries, pharmacies, restaurants and laundromat are only 5mins away by car. Beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear.
