We are located in the Sempione district, one of the most beautiful and coveted residential neighborhoods in the city. Citylife and Porta Garibaldi station are about a 20-minute walk away. In 12 minutes on foot you can reach the Moscova metro station that reaches Piazza Duomo in about 10 minutes. The space The apartment consists of: - Living room: Large and bright with a double sofa bed, a dining table for four people and a TV. - Kitchen: open in the living room, it is equipped with a refrigerator and stove, - Bedroom: double room with double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. - Bathroom: windowed with toilet, shower, sink, bidet and washing machine. Services included: WIFI internet, central heating and air conditioning. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. The apartment is accessed with self-check-in via a key box with a code. Other things to note Upon check-in, we will need to register each guest's details for legal purposes only, so you will be required to show a valid ID. Please note that the property does NOT have a reception; check-in times must always be communicated directly with the property and in any case not before 3:00 p.m. and no later than 9:00 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: OUR TELEPHONE SUPPORT WILL BE GUARANTEED UNTIL 9 P.M.
