Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. The rooms are located in a lively but very quiet area of Sabadell (Creu Alta-Centre). The space The rooms are on the SECOND floor of a TWO-STORY house. Access is through a front door, a hallway and stairs. On the FIRST FLOOR I live, the owner of the house, we are 3 working adults, we are used to tranquility, silence, order and cleanliness. On the SECOND AND INDEPENDENT FLOOR we have two rooms for rent that have to share: 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 terrace. Currently available for RENT the 22 meter room: with double glazed exterior window, 160x190 meter bed with two night tables, air conditioning (cold heat pump), towel rack, 32 inch TV, a table + a chair, sofa bed and wardrobe. Set of bed linen, shower towel, another for the face/hands. Room door with key All the second floor facilities must be SHARED between the tenants of the second floor rooms. We have 600 MB wifi to share with the whole house. CLEANING: The owner will be in charge of the CLEANING AT CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT. The DAILY MAINTENANCE of the room, bathroom, kitchen and terrace will be the responsibility of the tenants. Guest access to share 1 Bathroom with shower, shower and glass screen. 1 Kitchen equipped with appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, glass ceramic stovetop and smoke extractor, in addition to plates, cutlery, glasses, pots enough to prepare something more than a sandwich but NOT adapted for experienced cooks. The air conditioning is to be maintained between 25-26 degrees Celsius. The use of the washing machine must be agreed in advance for reservations of LESS than 7 nights. For reservations of more than 7 nights, one washing machine load is allowed for every 7 nights booked. Other things to note Guests are NOT allowed, only people who have previously booked must be in the room, Parties and gatherings are NOT allowed. NO smoking. NO Pets allowed. Children are NOT allowed. Air conditioning temperature 26-25 degrees Celsius for Energy saving, and Environmental protection. If you set the air conditioner temperature to 25º, the appliance will produce less CO2 emissions, which translates into benefits for the environment.
