Our building is composed of 5 apartments, 4 of which are served by the elevator. Your apartment is 50 meters from the bakery shops, above the tobacco store, pharmacy, hairdresser, supermarket. 1 km from the Santenay casino, its restaurant and slot machines. 3 min drive to Valvital thermal spa, 1.2 km on foot/16 min. The space Each apartment is composed of: - 1 bedroom with 180*200 bed, - 1 bathroom with shower, hair dryer, shampoo and soap. - 1 separate toilet - 1 kitchenette with Nespresso, kettle, toaster, induction stove, fridge, and all necessary dishes. - 2 flat screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Warning/I am not on-site all day and provide the essentials for your first night. i.e. coffee capsules, herbal teas, a roll of toilet paper, a garbage bag, a sponge and a dishwashing liquid packet. NO BIKE PARKING IN THE BUILDING Guest access staircase, elevator and her apartment. Other things to note The rental does not include the essentials (coffee, toilet paper, etc.) beyond the first night. Linens are included only from 3 nights. For stays of less than 3 nights, there is an extra charge of €23/double bed (complete bed linen and 2 towels per person + a tea towel) Cleaning is required at the rate of €20.
