The space On one level, the house offers beautiful volumes and space for each of its occupants. In this version, the house is offered with 4 bedrooms. The living space is large and bright and naturally opens to the outside thanks to its large windows. You will enjoy the views of nature, in all seasons. The XXL kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, high quality cooking piano 6 fires + 2 ovens, multi-function robot, Kitchenaid blender, Delonghi bean coffee machine + filter coffee maker, electric citrus press, washing machine, American fridge, microwave Air conditioning (summer: June, July, August & mid-September) and underfloor heating (winter). Winter fireplace Flat-screen TV + Chromecast, wifi Private, unheated pool (available MAY - SEPTEMBER), Pool house, terrace and garden, mountain views. 2 bedrooms are in the main building, the third is independent, adjoining the pool house, on the other bank of the pool. Access to the fourth bedroom is from the outside, they are independent from the rest of the house. All 4 are spacious, bright and have separate bathroom and toilet. • Bedroom # 1 has a double bed 180 x 200, bathroom with bathtub + walk-in shower and separate toilet. • Room # 2 has 2 single beds 90x200 that can be separated or assembled according to your request. In the configuration where they are assembled, we install a 180 x 200 mattress topper for optimal comfort. It has a walk-in shower, a separate toilet. • Bedroom #3 has a double bed 160x200, a walk-in shower and a toilet • Bedroom #4 has a 180x200 bed, walk-in shower, separate wc, private terrace. The beds are made upon your arrival, towels are provided as are the bath linens for the pool. The 10m x 5m infinity pool offers spectacular views of olive trees, lavender, and mountain in the background. The summer kitchen was created under a large lean-to and offers a real plus with its 4 gas cooktop, water point and plancha. The municipality of St Ferréol is equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles. On our side, we have installed an outlet, equipped with a consumption meter, allowing you to charge your electric cars on site. No pets allowed unless authorized and under certain conditions that we need to discuss before accepting your pet. The house, the pool house are non-smoking areas, but you can smoke outside;) MAXIMUM AUTHORISED CAPACITY: MAX 8 ADULTS + 2 BEBES • In addition to the 8 people, the house is equipped with 2 cribs, which can accommodate 2 infants (up to 2 YEARS) maximum.
