Close to Devon House and the Liguanea shopping districts, this Hidden Gem is your home away from home and allows for quiet and comfortable accommodation and very easy access to the New Kingston business district. The space The unit is furnished with a queen bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the loft area, bedside tables and night lamps. Guests will have access to two flat screen televisions, cable TV, wireless internet and air-conditioning in both bed rooms and living area. The apartment is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, water heater, modern and stylish bathroom with all the relevant amenities, and a fully functioning kitchen with a 5 burner stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster oven and refrigerator. Guest access The entire apartment is completely accessible to guests for their enjoyment. Other things to note Your reservation will include the basic essentials (toilet paper, soap, trash bags, etc.) to get you started. You will be required to purchase any additional items needed for the remainder of your stay. Our internet and cable TV provider is FLOW. It is important to note that the apartment's appearance may differ slightly from the pictures as we are constantly seeking to improve for your greater comfort. The apartment is on the 1st floor, so you will be required to climb one flight of stairs. Check-in is anytime after 2pm Check out by 11am. Late check-out can be requested based on availability. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. However, there is a balcony equipped with an ash tray and ideal for smoking if desired. For longer term stays, if you require house keeping this can be arranged at an additional cost. Security Deposit - If you damage the apartment, you may be charged for repairs.
