This house is located in downtown Clarksville, less than 2 miles from APSU, F&M Bank Arena, and a variety of restaurants and bars. It is just a short 20 minutes to Fort Campbell area. The home sits on a tree lined lot on a bluff, with a seasonal view, overlooking the Red River. It features an open concept living on the main level with all 3 bedrooms located on the second level. Great for families or anyone looking for a comfortable stylish place to stay. The space There are three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. All the bedrooms are upstairs. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and has it’s own bathroom. The master bedroom has a 50 inch TV. The other two bedrooms offer queen size beds. They both have room 43 inch TVs. The washer and dryer are also located upstairs. Guest access You have full access to the house with the exception of two small locked closets. Other things to note You can be confident in knowing that the house is meticulously cleaned after guests leave. Each bed's mattress is placed in a zipped waterproof protector, a mattress pad, set of sheets, blanket and quilt set. When guests leave, beds are stripped of all linens, including mattress pad. We then sanitize each bed with Lysol. Linens are replaced with clean linens, including pillow protectors. We pay extra attention to the bathrooms and bleach spray everything. The toilets are "bathed" in bleach, in and out. All floors are vacuumed, swept and/or mopped. Every piece of furniture is dusted, as is all the decor. The window sills and the window locks are all wiped down with Lysol. Prior to leaving the house, we take Lysol and wipe down all light switches, door knobs, dresser knobs and kitchen knobs and handles. We want our guests to feel confident that the home they are staying in has been thoroughly cleaned for their comfort. **The posted cleaning fee is for stays 14 days or less. Additional cleaning fees will apply for stays 15 days or more.** There is a police shooting range nearby. Most of the practice occurs Monday through Friday during the day. Occasionally, they practice at night.
