Bright and charming feel-good apartment in a quiet downtown location. Pet friendly, walking distance to the center, park and train station. The newly renovated ground floor apartment has 2 rooms and is equipped with everything you need for a multi-day stay. Wi-Fi and a small workspace are available. Cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen and bedroom with large box spring double bed. Relax here after a long day in the city! The space The 2-room apartment is located in an apartment building-Backsteinhaus in a quiet side street in the northern city center. The cozy old building apartment (a former solarium) was completely renovated in 2023 and stylish and charmingly furnished with a lot of love. It can accommodate 2 guests. Families with children live in the house, so you occasionally hear a few noises from the neighbors, but at night it is definitely quiet. The kitchen is equipped with oven, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well as coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster. There is a fold-out sofa in the living room as well as a cozy swing chair. A collection of books, games and magazines provides entertainment. Please note: the living room does not have doors to the kitchen and hallway and the apartment deliberately does not have a TV! A Bluetooth box for listening to music is available. In the bedroom there is a large box spring double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and there is plenty of storage space in the closets and dresser. In the spacious bathroom there is a shower and washing machine with dryer function. Bed linens, towels, hair dryer and shampoo/shower gel are provided. Pets are allowed and welcome, water and food bowls are available. Free parking is available along the street (one-way street). Check-in (from 4:00 pm) and check-out (until 11:00 am) are possible contactless via our key box. The location of the apartment on the edge of downtown is the ideal starting point for excursions and activities in Weimar and the surrounding area. The charming Weimar city center, the beautiful parks, many museums and the main train station are within walking distance. Due to the short distance to the main train station and its good connection to public transport, you can leave your car and explore Weimar on foot. Note: The Weimar culture tax of €1.10 per person/night (but for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights) is not included in the price and must be paid or deposited in cash on site. Guests who pay the fee have free admission to the City Museum and/or the Harry Graf Kessler Art Gallery upon presentation of the booking confirmation. Guest access Access is via the staircase on the first floor. The key is stored in a key box next to the front door. I will send the code 24 hours before check-in. Other things to note Hello!
