The property offers 2 bedrooms: on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, while on the first floor there is a suite with a round double bed, sofa bed and private terrace with spectacular views of the garden, pools and sea. The villa has 2 bathrooms with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island. Amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, an 85-inch smart TV, a washing machine, a dryer, a workstation, a high chair, and a crib. Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful garden with a terrace for outdoor lunches and dinners and, on the first floor, a panoramic balcony with sea views. There are two swimming pools, one of which is heated with a whirlpool function, both open all year round. An outdoor shower with a bathroom and a barbecue are also available. The owners live in a basement apartment with a separate entrance, except for the shared driveway. During your stay, you will enjoy the exclusive use of the swimming pools and outdoor spaces. Housekeeping is available during your stay at an additional cost. Guest access The garden, swimming pools and all the space outside the villa will be for the exclusive use of guests.
