Nijmegen Lent cozy house

Slow down in this unique, cozy accommodation with a green garden. Ten minutes from the center of Nijmegen, close to a nice recreational water, Pathé cinema, beaches and dikes of the river Waal with beautiful hiking areas. There is something for everyone here: nature, culture, beach and delicious restaurants. The supermarket is around the corner, as well as the bus stop. Lent Station is a 10-minute walk. The space A cozy house with a small green garden where smoking is not allowed. The kitchen table has 4 seats and the dining table in the living room can accommodate 6 guests. There are 6 to 7 sleeping places in four bedrooms; a large double bed, a small double bed and three single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa. Air mattresses are also available. There is a small workspace in the kitchen or in the bedroom that can be furnished with a screen and ergonomic chair on request. The house is being refurbished little by little and the first frayed edges are visible. Hopefully, this will give you the feeling that life is being lived and that our guests are allowed to do so. Guest access The space all the way upstairs with the washing machine and dryer accessible upon request. The studio is not locked, but in principle that space is not used by guests. In the shed, there is a bicycle with a rear carrier and a small ladies' bicycle that you can use. As well as garden supplies and parasols. Other things to note Tell us what you need and we'll try to arrange it for you. For the washing machine and dryer, you can indicate in advance that you want to use it for a small fee.
