Guest access The guest has access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Important note: There is ongoing construction near the apartment, which causes noise 24/7. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. As such, we adhere to a transparency policy to ensure our guests’ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the regular check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. In case you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to unlock the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee on request. For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a utility and internet/TV package limit of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property, as requested, to carry out property inspections, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
