Guest access Available to our guests is a reserved non-covered parking space right by the entrance of the property. The pool area will be shared with the other residents of the condo. Other things to note We want to ensure your stay is as smooth as possible, so here are a few important details to keep in mind: **Check-in & Check-out** Our standard check-in time is between 16:00 and 20:00, and check-out is before 10:00. If you need different check-in/out times, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that Saturday is usually the busiest day, with most guests checking out and checking in on the same day. While we always try to accommodate your preferences, we would like to be transparent about the fact that early check-in requests on Saturdays may be more difficult to accommodate. We appreciate your understanding in this regard. **Guest Registration & Legal Requirements** Per Italian regulations, all guests must present a valid identity document before arrival. Furthermore, as part of our commitment to compliance with the law and to ensure a clear understanding of the conditions of your stay, we require the signing of a short-term rental contract before check-in. Please use the pool only within these times. - Sun loungers must be removed from the pool area at the end of the day. - The pool is unattended; guests must supervise themselves and their family members. - Diving, masks, flippers, dinghies, balloons, and inflatables are not permitted in the pool area. - Eating or bringing glasses and glass bottles by the pool is not allowed to ensure safety and cleanliness. **No Smoking Indoors** For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flat. You're welcome to smoke on theterrace, which provides a pleasant outdoor space. **Events/Parties** Please note that no events or parties are allowed on the premises. We want to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone's enjoyment. **Pets** Regrettably, pets are not permitted. **NO HIDDEN FEES** We believe in transparent and straightforward pricing to make your experience as hassle-free as possible.
