The space Our Guesthouse is located in a remote country setting across the street from the popular Blue Ostrich Winery & Vineyard. This Guesthouse experience was created to provide a tranquil and relaxing getaway in the rural setting of the Red River Valley; a place to breathe easy and enjoy a good book or the pleasant company of friends and family. The Master Bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 trundle bed plus a master bathroom. The en-suite has 1 queen bed and full bathroom. 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each room. Additional full bathroom in the hall. Guest access All guests will have access and full use of the Guesthouse. Guests WILL NOT have access to the pool and hot tub on the Main House Property. This is for the owners use only. Other things to note Occupancy (i.e. number of overnight guests) is strictly restricted to the number of guests that are reserved for and listed as occupants. 5 or more guests is an additional $25 per person per night. The Guesthouse has a maximum of 8 guests under any circumstances. At no time can there be more than a total of 15 people in the house or on the property (this includes the decks, patios, and grounds). This maximum number of guests on the property at any given time must include the total number of guests reserved plus visitors not staying overnight.
