Perfect for families, friends, winery visitors, and peaceful group getaways, the home accommodates up to eight overnight guests and offers seven beds, three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, vineyard views, and a wraparound covered porch. The space • Maximum overnight occupancy is eight registered guests. • Reservations with five or more guests are subject to an additional fee of $25 per person, per night. • No more than 15 people may be present anywhere on the property at one time, including overnight guests and daytime visitors. • The 15-person limit applies to the house, porch, patios, and all outdoor areas. • Check-in is after 3:00 PM. • Checkout is before 12:00 PM. • This is a working cattle ranch, and guests may see livestock, farm activity, insects, snakes, and other wildlife. • Please do not approach, feed, chase, or enter enclosed areas with livestock. • Keep children supervised around ranch areas, wildlife, roads, and nearby bodies of water. • A carbon monoxide alarm is not currently listed among the property amenities. • Please close all gates and respect posted signs and private ranch areas. Guest access Guests have access to full use of the Guesthouse or Pied a Terre apartment or the Loft. The guest DO NOT have access to the pool and spa. That is for the property owners only.
