Relax in this peaceful room in the country. Dedicated private entrance off of your private covered porch, through a vintage Dutch Door. Views of the rolling hills, offer a quiet retreat from the everyday. Nearby there is a hammock swing swaying in the wind, underneath an old maple tree. After a day of allowing your pups to stretch their legs in the 2 acre yard , relax by your gas fire pit. This quiet guest suite shares one common wall with the main structure. All guest spaces are private. The space From your dedicated parking area, your walkway will lead you to your private covered porch. From this porch is your entrance to your guest suite. You enter into your main room which is equipped with a Queen bed, table & chairs, games, reading materials, electric fireplace, microwave, Keurig, K-Cups, tea, cream, and mini fridge. From this room, you have your own private hallway which leads to your connected bathroom. There are 2 closets for ample storage, hangers, extra blankets, pillows and an iron. The room shares one common wall with the main building. This setup is similar to a private entrance room at an Inn. The covered porch is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, bistro table and chairs, gas fire pit and hammock. We also provide extra blankets for snuggling when it's cold! The outdoor kitchen has a convection oven, induction cooktop, sink and grill. All necessary supplies for cooking and dining are provided. This includes basic spices, oil, salt, pepper, plates , wine glasses, ECT. We also provide a full set of plastic plates, cups and bowls for the kids! Please see pictures of the outdoor kitchen for what's in the cabinets! The 2 acre guest yard is not fenced. We are surrounded by farm land with plenty of room for your dog to run. Past our 70 foot tall white pine trees is our wildflower meadow and orchard area. We have trails around the area for you to walk or just take in the surrounding nature and beautiful sunsets. We provide poop bags and a long line, which you can attach to the wash pole if you would like. We have dogs, cats and chickens ourselves. They are in their own fenced in area and do not interact with guests, unless you want them to (we have had many requests for puppy play dates and our dogs are happy to make new friends!). Though the chickens prefer to just be observed. haha. Please let us know if there are special requests for this as well. Things change (such a lighting), if certain features are extremely important to you, please verify prior to booking. Reasonably only 2 guests can sleep in the bed, and a third can utilize the twin cot. Additional Guests will need to camp if they would like. Please remember you are on a farm. The tables outside will need to be dusted prior to use. We provide all materials needed to do this, however, with local harvests it's hard to keep the outside area spotless. Please consider this before booking. They will also have access to the Yard, and the back patio. The listing comes with basic kitchen needs listed below. We provided a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, toaster oven and grill. Basic cooking utensils (cups, plates, utensils, sheet pan and grilling tools) are provided however we do not provide anything food related. Other things to note 2 Guest can sleep in the Bed it is a queen size. We also provide a cot and sleeping pad. There is room for a twin air mattress for a third in the room. We have a queen air mattress as well for additional guests, but it would be tight. Any additional guest that are above 3 people will need to plan on camping.
