10 minutes from the beaches and the Sigean reserve, between Narbonne and Perpignan, in a very pretty wine village with shops, come and recharge your batteries in this renovated cottage for 4 people, located in the old village, near the ruins of a castle and 3 old mills. We welcome you on the ground floor of our small family home dating from the 18th century. Many possible activities: hiking, beach, board sports, cultural visits, oenology and Spain 45 minutes away. The space Once you have passed the three steps, the cottage is on one level. You arrive in the living space, consisting of a kitchen area, the 140 cm retractable bed and the dining area. Behind the curtain under the sink is the trash can and a bowl/mop for your dog. The stone hallway serves the bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom has a 160x200 bed with mattress topper, which can be separated on request into 2 80x200 beds. All our mattresses are of "great comfort" quality. Beds are made upon arrival, and kitchen and bath linen are provided. You will find everything you need to cook. For coffee you have a Senséo and a classic coffee maker. If you need anything, we will be here for you. The micro terrace at the bottom of the metal staircase is at your disposal. Please note that no other outdoor space is unfortunately available. However, the surrounding scrubland will be your boundless garden! And the different trails from the village will allow you to discover the beauty of our landscapes. For your laundry to dry, you have two solutions: either you slide behind the metal staircase and you will find wires to hang the laundry, in the Southern fashion, or you use the tancarville slid to the right of the fridge. little wink: We love to bargain: you will find small examples of our passion in the decor! In addition: we can also deliver a "doorstep" breakfast from 8:00 a.m.: per person: hot drink, 1/2 traditional baguette, a croissant, an orange juice, a yogurt, jam, butter and honey for €8.00/person. We sometimes have problems with the different GPS, which lead you either to a forbidden direction or to a dead end. To avoid this inconvenience, here are two solutions: Indicate Rue du Rocher de Cancale in your GPS. You can find free parking, and you are 100 meters from the gîte on foot. If you are loaded, choose to enter Rue du Soleil first, then 11 Rue Pierre Cathala, and you will arrive at the right place. Other things to note We gladly accept our animal friends. Please note: our gîte is not a dog boarding house: owners are not allowed to leave their dog alone when they are away.
