Mornings can begin with coffee at the kitchen table or a quiet moment by the pool, while evenings naturally unfold around games, shared meals, and time together under the open sky. Living spaces The main living room greets you with high, vaulted ceilings, a large sectional, and a TV - an easy place to unwind after a day out or settle in for a movie night. Just beyond, a dedicated pool table room offers additional space to relax, complete with its own TV and a wet bar, creating a natural hub for conversation and entertainment. Sleeping arrangements Four bedrooms are thoughtfully spread throughout the home. Downstairs, a bedroom with two twin beds sits beside a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features two queen beds, a TV, a fireplace, and a workspace overlooking the backyard, along with an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks. Two additional upstairs bedrooms - one with a king bed and one with a queen bed - share a full hallway bathroom. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, with a breakfast nook that seats four. Nearby, the dining table accommodates eight, offering a comfortable setting for shared meals before or after a full day of activities. Entertainment & recreation There is no shortage of ways to spend your time indoors. Two separate game areas include a garage game room with arcade games, foosball, and air hockey, as well as a game lounge featuring a game console and additional seating. Whether you’re playing casually or hosting a friendly tournament, there’s space for everyone to join in. Outdoor space Step outside to a backyard centered around a private pool and private hot tub, surrounded by sun loungers and multiple seating areas. A mini golf setup, fire pit, and outdoor dining area make it easy to move between activities throughout the day. As the evening cools, the patio becomes a place to gather, share stories, or simply relax in the fresh air. Amenities & comforts The home includes air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace for comfort throughout your stay. You’ll also find a kitchen, washer, dryer, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace. For families, a Pack ’n play/Travel crib and high chair are available. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple, and free parking on premises is provided. The home is pet-friendly and allows long term stays. Additional notes Exterior security cameras are installed facing the front yard, backyard, and side of the house, and noise monitoring devices measure sound levels without recording conversations. Located just minutes from Kierland and within easy reach of Old Town Scottsdale and the airport, this home offers both convenience and a setting designed for spending time together. Guest access This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 8am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing. This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties. Our home is equipped with Ring cameras (outside only) and smart locks for your peace of mind and security during your stay. Pet fee: $75/ pet per night, max of 5 Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees. From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather. The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary! PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s safety, a protective fence is installed around the pool. Guests are not allowed to move or remove it under any circumstances. Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
