For reservations longer then 2 month stays deposit will be equal to 1 months rent - It will be requested to send ID and residence details prior to arrival in order to prepare contract for your stay - You will have to sign a medium term rental contract with digital signature before arrival. Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Utility bills are included up to a maximum of 150€ per month. If the cost of your utility consumption exceeds this amount, the excess will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay. Please leave the keys on the living room table prior to check out. Do not leave the keys in the mailbox or in the door lock. Guests will be charged for lost keys or lockouts.
