Wild turkeys wander the neighborhood and song birds wake you in the morning. In the evenings, enjoy a barbecue on the spacious, private deck looking out through a forest of oaks. In chilly weather relax in the large den/kitchen area. Make a fire and watch a movie. The safe back yard is fenced and gated. Guest access Guests will have a bright private suite upstairs that includes a full bath with tub and shower. Windows look out to a quiet, tree lined street and a large fenced backyard. Guests can us the washer and dryer located downstairs. There is a spacious deck with bbq that looks out on a landscaped fenced yard. Other things to note Located on a quiet, tree lined street, walking distance to a scenic beach. A second beach is a two minute drive. Great for jogging and biking. The wineries are five minutes away. Quaint shopping & restaurants in Mattituck, Southold & Greenport--all close by. Rentals - kayaks, wakeboarding (instruction available), biking, waterskiing, surfing, tubing, kiteboarding, custom charters, fishing tours are easily accessible.
