Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Our 1 bedroom loft condo has everything you need to enjoy your trip in Costa Rica. Located in the Las Palmas subdivision of Coco Beach, this condo is clean and updated, with everything you need, including a full kitchen. The upstairs loft has a king bed, and a small private balcony. The unit has a washer for your use as well. This condo is a short walk to the beach as well as downtown. You can also find a variety of restaurants within Las Palmas. The space This condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation in Costa Rica. It has a full kitchen with a full sized refrigerator as well as a small stove. There are several small appliances including: a crock pot, rice cooker, blender, toaster, coffee pot and electric tea pot. Basic spices are also included. The loft bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed with plenty of pillows to choose from. The dresser and wardrobe will hold all of your clothes so you can feel free to unpack. The living room has 2 brand new sofa sleepers which make into full size beds. The linens for these are stored in the cabinets by the bathroom. Put the new mattress pads on and create a comfortable place to sleep for 2 more people. Pillows are located in the same cabinet. Blankets are located in the cabinet below the TV. These couches can also be used as recliners by pulling the foot area out and reclining the back rest. The bathroom is well stocked. The linens are on the rack in the bathroom as well as the cabinet outside the bathroom door. You will find simple amenities as well as a hair dryer for your convenience. Two rocking chairs are located in the back porch so you can enjoy a peaceful sit outside on your private porch. The front porch has a patio table and chairs where you can enjoy a meal outdoors. Just a few short steps from the front door, you will find the laundry room where you can use a new washer and dryer at no cost. This is incredibly helpful for travelers who bring limited clothing! The pool is directly beside this laundry room and is a few short steps from the condo. This pool is the perfect place to cool yourself when the weather is toasty. If you take a trip to the beach, don’t forget to grab the beach towels, located in the linen cabinet downstairs. There are enough for everyone. You can throw these in one of the beach bags located in the cabinet by the front door. If you decide to run to the store, make sure you grab a grocery bag from the cabinet by the front door. Costa Rica is very environmentally conscious and they encourage reusable bags whenever possible. A desk Is provided for your use if you are working remotely. Guest access You have full access to this condo as well as the laundry facility and the pool. There is parking available as well if you choose to rent a car.
