Single-story house in central Lerum

Welcome to our family-friendly house, 20 minutes by train to Gothenburg! Conservatory for rainy days (summer time), playroom in the basement, simple gym, trampoline in the garden (summer time), walking distance to forest with barbecue area, playgrounds, grocery store and bus/train. Cycling distance to the swimming lake. We have children ourselves, so toys are available to borrow, both indoors and outdoors. Access to washing machine. Some hygiene items are included. Sheets and towels can be rented separately. The space The house is a single-story with a basement. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In the bedrooms there is a bunk bed in 2 rooms and a double bed in 1 room. One staircase down there is a laundry room, a rough entrance with the possibility to hang up wet clothes, dry shoes and mittens, etc. In the basement there is also a play/craft room, a toilet and an older model shower cabin. There is also our home gym. In the conservatory there is plenty of space to socialize, with a built-in corner sofa as well as table and chairs. However, not heated outdoor room so only usable in summer and spring/early autumn. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Guest access The whole house except for the sauna and boiler room where we will store things. Since this is our permanent house, our things will remain, we will free up a dresser and a chest of drawers in the bathroom for your things as well as space in the fridge, freezer and pantry. Other things to note Cleaning is not included in the price, can be paid separately on site before departure for SEK 600. Sheets and towels are not included, but can be booked and paid on site for SEK 125/person and stay. We can arrange to pick you up at the train station. Ask us before booking!
