Charming stone house in the village of Ancy-le-Libre. Perfect for gatherings with family or friends, the house can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of 4 bedrooms upstairs, two of which are in a row. Located in the heart of the Tonnerrois vineyard, 10 minutes from Tonnerre, 10 minutes from Tanlay and 25 minutes from Chablis. 214 km from Paris, accessible by train to Tonnerre train station then taxis/shuttle available on site to take you to the nearby villages. The space All stone house. The kitchen is open to the living room with fireplace. The floor is made of Burgundy stone. Very warm and cozy atmosphere. Upstairs: - one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a dressing room and a small desk - two bedrooms in a row for parents/children (1 bed 140x200 and 1 bed 90x190) - a large dormitory bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and a child's bed - bathroom with shower + bathtub Exterior: Direct access to the garden via the living room. Under the pergola, a teak table for a friendly lunch. Guest access Access to the whole house and garden. Other things to note The house is spacious and pleasant, don't hesitate to spend a few days teleworking here :) Just a note, the house does not have a washing machine available to tenants.
