Quiet Hours Notice Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements. Pet Policy This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund.
