A children's room is next to the master bedroom with a bed for 2 people, bathroom/toilet, air conditioning (Split, only place in the house with air conditioning). A large living room of 50 m2 with open kitchen and sofa bed if needed in addition for 2 people. A cellar with washing machine and dryer is next to the master bedroom. In the garden you will find a petanque court, a swimming pool, a swing with a slide, a pergola with a dining table, a large children's hut, a trampoline and some games left for tenants (light and heavy petanque balls, balloons, beach games) Alarm system with a beep given to tenants during their stay 2 outdoor cameras (1 in front at the front door and 1 behind the pool side). A cat lives on the premises, it is autonomous, it has its own house in the locked garage and has its kibble for the entire stay. It doesn't come into the house. If it does not rain during the stay, we will ask you to water some plants that do not have automatic drip irrigation so that they do not burn (2 to 3 waterings maximum in the week if there is a heat wave). A good bottle of Pessac Léognan will be offered to thank you in advance. We will refuse tenants with an electric car or will only accept under conditions of payment of the electricity used in surplus for the charging of the car (notify us before). Guest access One side of the house will not be accessible to guests, we put our personal belongings there
