You are invited to stay at our cozy home. Where you'll have many options for fast food chains, restaurants, and much needed retail therapy "sessions," and more, all within a 5 minute drive! Our Home has been furnished and supplied with you in mind. Enjoy our cozy furniture indoors with a TV in each room; or enjoy our back patio while you BBQ where we've added an extra TV for you, so you can catch up on your shows or watch the game! The space EARLY CHECK-IN Early check-ins up to 1 HOUR before your check-in time MAY be allowed if communicated with us. It is NOT GUARANTEED that we can always grant it. IF YOU are wanting to check-in more than an hour before your check-in time YOU WILL BE CHARGED a $50 fee. Our home is made to accommodate 8 guests. 1 or 2 MORE GUESTS MAY BE ALLOWED for the extra fee below: EXTRA PEOPLE/KIDS RATE $50/night, $100/week or $200/month PER EXTRA PERSON fee. (IF AIRBNB DOES NOT BILL YOU FOR THE CORRECT AMOUNT, the difference will be requested through Airbnb’s Resolution Center, and you can pay that way.) PLEASE NO SHOES ON THE RUGS/CARPET. Our SHEETS and TOWELS are WHITE. We ask that you PLEASE DO NOT: • Eat on our beds, • Use our towels to clean up any spills or messes OR use to remove makeup. o We have provided microfiber cleaning cloths and kitchen towels in the kitchen drawers for clean-up and makeup removing cloths in both linen cabinets. *COST TO REPLACE PROPERTY MAY BE PASSED ONTO GUEST* SERVICE ANIMALS: As per Airbnb‘s Terms of Service, we are happy to welcome your animal. -Is the assistance animal required because of a disability? What work or task has the animal been trained to preform? We have strict guidelines for those who bring animals: • They are NOT ALLOWED TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED at any time. Not in the house, in the garage, in a crate or in the dog run. You must take the animal with you anytime you leave the house. • No service animals on our furniture or beds. If you need a crate, we will provide you with one. If you must have your animal on the bed, please bring your own sheets or blanket to cover and protect ours or just ask and I’d be happy to lend you some older imperfect ones. • Please do not use our bathtub or shower to bathe your service animal. Please do not use our towels on your animal. Animal hair is very very hard to get out of furniture, towels and bedding. EXTRA CLEANING FEES will be charged on top of the initial fee. • The guest remains liable for any and all damages caused by their service animal. **BROKEN HOUSE RULES WILL CAUSE YOUR RESERVATION TO BE CANCELED WITHOUT REFUND. If the home is unable to be re-booked because of smoke, smell, damage OR because additional cleaning is needed because of broken house rule(s), you will also be required to pay for the lost revenue. ** HOUSE RULES & EXTRA FEES • ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING CIGARETTES OR MARIJUANA - $500 • NO PARTIES or unauthorized events - $500 • NO UNREGISTERED/UNDECLARED EXTRA GUESTS OR ANIMALS on property without disclosure; $50/night, $100/week or $200/month PER EXTRA PERSON fee. This fee applies to adults and children. If animals are brought onto the property without our consent, your reservation will be CANCELED, and NO REFUND will be provided. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR SERVICE ANIMAL UNATTENDED. • PLEASE PICK UP YOUR MESS. If there is a giant mess, you will be charged an EXTRA CLEANING FEE. Please treat our home as if it were yours. - $150 • NO EARLY UNAUTHORIZED CHECK-IN OR LATE UNAUTHORIZED CHECK-OUT. If our check-out and/or check-in times are inconvenient, don’t hesitate to request a bit earlier check-in or a little later check-out. Although you may communicate to us you may need an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please note that IT IS NOT GUARANTEED. It is a 1-HOUR MAX ON EITHER CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT. ANYTHING PAST 1 HOUR WILL INCUR AN EXTRA FEE OF $50. • NO THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS. If you booked the home, you must stay in the home the days you booked AND arrive first. There may be some exceptions allowed as things do come up, but please ask before booking. • NO VIDEO OR PHOTOGRAPHY on property without permission. • WE HAVE THE RIGHT to immediately enter the home to remedy an issue you say is not right. You will be notified in advance that we are on our way there. Whether you respond or not, we will be arriving at the property. FIRE STATION: We are located near a local fire station, but they are courteous enough at night not to turn on their siren till they are on the main roads. ALARM SYSTEM: There are sensors located on every exterior window and door, as well as a keypad on the wall near the hallway. Please do not tamper with the sensors or keypad. THERMOSTAT: We have an Ecobee thermostat near the alarm keypad by the hallway. SECURITY CAMERAS: The home is equipped with security cameras on the exterior of the home in the backyard facing the side yard, the backyard facing the patio and the front door as well as the front yard and external garage entry. If they are disabled, you will be asked to leave immediately and without refund. Crime is not a problem in our neighborhood unless you accidentally leave your vehicle unlocked with tools or valuables inside. Hopefully these cameras will continue to be a good deterrent to any dishonest or illegal activity. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. THE POLICE WILL BE CALLED AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT REFUND. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for the coat closet by the front door and the cabinet in the garage, which are used for supply storage. Everything else is free-game, and it is yours to use! Our casa es su casa! Other things to note Trash goes out Monday morning. If you're staying over the weekend, please be kind enough to put the trash cans out on the curb Sunday night. Our landscaper comes out every other Wednesday morning to mow the lawn between 9 AM - 11 AM.
