Located off a well-maintained alley, your experience is completely secluded from the main house, neighbors, and street noise. Completely separate from the main house, the unit has its own private entrance, private parking space, and a large private deck. The unit features large kitchen with new appliances, gas stove, bar seating, 50" smart tv (no cable), wifi, whole house audio (connect with your bluetooth device), and luxury bathroom. Washer/dryer are located in the unit and are dedicated for your use. A carport off the alley is your dedicated parking space during your stay. This is solely an airbnb property. You will have full access to everything in the unit - there is plenty of closet space and storage, allowing you to settle in during your stay. East Austin is a diverse, hip area full of unique bars, restaurants, and shops. South of Cesar Chavez is rapidly changing and rich in cultural history, with folks on their porches, in their backyards, walking their dogs, and riding their bikes. Though this location is quite walkable to most Austin hotspots, Austin is also a very easy city to get around. Rent a bike from a B-Cycle station, ride the Capital Metro, or take an Uber or Lyft. If you're out on East 6th or Rainey, you can also grab a pedicab to take you home at the end of the night. Guest access This is solely an airbnb property.
