Other things to note Tourist tax Please be advised that the Municipality of Amarante charges a tourist tax for all visitors over 16 years of age who stay in the territory for the first three nights only. The fee is applied as follows: - period from April 1st to September 30th: €2 per guest per night - period from October 1st to March 31st: €1 per guest per night NOISE: Our accommodation is located in the historic center of the beautiful city of Amarante. This is a city with a strong cultural identity, known for its ancient traditions and events that liven up local life and that of our visitors. Throughout the year, especially during the summer, it is common to hold popular festivals, musical events and other celebrations that can generate noise and disturb the usual peace and quiet. Some parties can last well into the night. While many of our guests value this authentic cultural experience, we understand that some may prefer a quieter environment, which may not be guaranteed at certain times.
