The space This space is complete with a stackable washer and dryer. This little charmer has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and is able to sleep 6 comfortably. Step outside to a slice of heaven, beautifully appointed with outdoor amenities. A Pool for splashing about in the California sunshine, Hot Tub Spa to relax and melt troubles away, Yoga deck to stretch, breathe, and get your Zen on, and 2 chaise loungers for soaking up the warm southern California sun. Play a friendly game of darts or horse shoes as you grill BBQ on the covered outdoor patio, and enjoy dinners alfresco poolside. This centrally located vacation home is close to food markets, restaurants, shops, parks, and entertainment. Just 15 minutes away from the world famous Universal Studios theme park, Warner Bros. Studios, the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, and Grauman's Chinese theatre. Also, only 35 minutes from Six Flags, and approximately 1 hour from Disneyland Resort. So, pack your bags and let the relaxing begin. Other things to note Pool heating: Spa heating is $44 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included) is $139 per day each day you booked; 4-day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs. before check-in if you want the pool heated and at what temperature. *89-96 is recommended. Please let us know what days and times you want the pool/spa heated so we can schedule it for your stay. BBQ: Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it's $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions. Keys: Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys. Clickers: Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $100 per clicker This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Utilities: utilities run between $35 and $75 a day depending on the time of the year. Not including pool heating. Pool heating is an additional $139 per day. Garage parking for 1 car is available. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation. If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it.
