L'Audacieux is an accommodation on the ground floor of a residential house with a parking space in a shared courtyard and a private enclosed garden in the center of the village of Moyaux, where you will find local shops. It is 5 minutes from Cerza Zoo, 15 minutes from Lisieux and its basilica, 30 minutes from the Normandy beaches. We built it in 2023 and furnished it as if we were going to stay there, and we would be happy to host you. It is classified furnished tourist accommodation 3***. The space Entrance to the living room, furnished with an armchair and a sofa bed (120 x 200 cm) with a new mattress (replaced at the beginning of 2026, but recommended for a child’s bed), a sideboard, a TV, a desk, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Equipped and furnished kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, filter coffee maker or Dolce Gusto, kettle and toaster, raclette machine...), table and chairs for 4 people. A bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and an adjustable child's bed (80x130 or 165 or 200 cm), duvets, dresser. Linens and bathroom linen provided. En-suite bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Folding bed, baby bath and high chair available. No cleaning fee, but we ask that you leave the accommodation in the same clean condition in which you found it. Independent access, parking space and private enclosed land.
