Walking distance to many bars, shops and restaurants in downtown Alex Bay! The space The whole condo and boathouse are yours to use. Please bring your own paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), and detergent. Towels, sheets and bedding provided. Washing machine and dryer on site. There is no cable TV, but there is a DVD player and Fire stick available for use. The fire stick is logged into Netflix for your convenience. If you have a subscription for any of the following, you can also use it to access: showtime, HBO, Prime video, Disney plus, ESPN, sling and Hulu. There is a also a Redbox at the Price Chopper grocery store in town. Other things to note Boat is not included in the rental, but please feel free to bring your own or rent one in Alexandria Bay Pet fee- $175 for small dogs under 40 lbs.
