This 10 acre equine property has everything you need & more. You can even bring your horse! Your equine friend will have access to our stables or he may want to roam free in a paddock, fitted with electrified fencing (if needed) & a sheltered box. Full use of our 20m round sand yard & Olympic sized fibre arena.. Not to mention lots of great bush trails only minutes from our farm. But if horses aren’t your thing… Our barn is the perfect escape to nature. Relax, unwind and take it all in. The space Ground level - Open plan lounge /kitchen & dining, with fire place & king size bed. Bathroom, laundry & toilet. Door opening into horse stable area. Level 2 with 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed. Fitted with television & private balcony. We are a fully equipped farm suitable for horses only. NO dogs or other pets. This is due to horses already on property & the risks of other pets around our horses. Yes we allow pets, but unfortunately the only pet we allow you to bring.. Is your pet pony 🐴 This is for the safety of our horses that live on the property. Guest access Your own private barn with private entry access. If you decide to bring your equine friend.. You will have exclusive access to the stables & your own private paddock. You will also have access to use fibre Olympic sized arena & 20m sand yard. Because there is another home on the property, you may not have exclusive access to this.. but 99% of the time it is available. You are more than welcome to roam the whole property & meet our horses that live there. There are 5 horses 🐴 that live here. 4 thoroughbreds (all ex-race horses) & 1 pony. You will find a photo & written description of each horse in the barn. They will come up to the fence for pats & cuddles. They love to eat carrots 🥕 We ask that you DO NOT enter their paddocks as horses can be unpredictable. Other things to note The only pets allowed on the property are Horses. This farm is fully fitted out to cater for Horses ONLY. No dogs or other pets allowed. Sorry. Smoking is allowed on property. STRICTLY NO smoking indoors. And we ask that you use ashtrays to dispose of your cigarette. Please ensure you put your cigarette out properly. No disposing of cigarettes on property.
