In the main room, you will have access to: a dining area, a 75-inch 4K QLED TV with "Canal + Ultime" access, air conditioning and an equipped kitchen: induction stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker (ground coffee provided), kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, fryer, fondue set, raclette-grill-pancake set, etc. You will have access to a private bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. You will spend pleasant nights in a 200 x 200 double bed, and two 90 x 190 single beds. You will enjoy your terrace with table, chairs and views of Lake Annecy and these Mountains! We don't offer breakfast but we have a grocery store (Lidl) across the street and a bakery a 5-minute walk away.
