The master California king bedroom with separate bathroom is downstairs with direct access to pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It also offers a dedicated office room equipped with 2 big monitors, printer and walking treadmill. Additionally there is a small bathroom downstairs, close to the kitchen, between the sitting and living rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for making family and/or festive dinners, a Breville coffee machine. The living room also offers an elegant fireplace. The backyard offers 4 lounges, 1 day bed, a sectional sofa, tables, mobile bar, barbecue area with 6 bar stools, pizza oven, Trager smoker and two big sun umbrellas. Guest access The entire house is accessible but not the detached garage. Two car parking in front of the garage is available. Additional free parking is available on the street. Other things to note The pool is salt based private pool, not shared, and can be heated for an additional $125 per day.
