Simplify your life in this peaceful and central accommodation. Located in the heart of the historic center, the room I offer you is an urban studio that is convenient and comfortable! A 15 m2 studio located on the ground floor of our house, which is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Vieux Cahors. You will be totally independent: separate entrance, kitchenette and private bathroom. Suitable for business travel! The space Location in the city: The accommodation is located in the protected area of Cahors, which corresponds to the medieval city. We are in a very quiet cul-de-sac (not suitable for noisy festive evenings). A small alley perpendicular to the Grand-Rue of the Middle Ages. Your environment will be that of large medieval houses with shop arcades that mix limestone, brick and half-timbered buildings. The cathedral and market square are a 5-minute walk. The banks of the Lot are a 5-minute walk away. The cinema and beer bars are a 3-minute walk away. Supermarket and pharmacy 2 min walk. In short, you are in the heart of downtown yet still private, away from the main roads. Parking: The cul-de-sac we live on is pedestrianized. But, except for special events, such as the Cahors Blues festival (July) or the funfair (All Saints' Day), you will easily find free parking at Place de Gaulle or Place Lafayette. These two parking lots are less than a 5-minute walk to the property. The Space: Everything is new. 15 m2 studio on the ground floor of our house. We live above. The sound insulation on the ceiling is brand new, but you will hear us walking a little bit :) Like neighbors in a building because it is an old house with wooden floors. Above your accommodation, it's a bedroom, in other words it's only used at night, and of course we'll know how to tiptoe when you're around! You will appreciate the coolness of the studio in summer. The glass door that brings you a soft brightness is equipped with safety glass and a wooden shutter to close at night. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave and portable induction cooktop. You can have your small dishes heated (no frying) and have your breakfasts in peace, before leaving to discover our beautiful region. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity unit and toilet.
