WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP: We offer 3 beautiful bedrooms, all equipped with smart TV's. Our master king suite is a fully renovated retreat with a large spa shower, deep soak tub, master bath robes, huge walk-in closet, chaise lounge area for reading and leisure, blackout drapes, plush mattress, butter soft premium linens and beautiful designer decor. Our other 2 bedrooms offer plush mattresses, blackout drapes, beautiful decor and closet organizing essentials. COOKING: Recently we remodeled our Kitchen to offer our guests an esthetically pleasing, fully stocked kitchen equipped with all essentials needed to make fabulous meals for you & your family. We offer an eat-in kitchen with a breakfast Island & bar-style seating, flatware, dinnerware, mugs....it's all there for our amazing guests. Additionally, we offer an outdoor BBQ grill for family fun & outdoor enjoyment. COFFEE STATION: We offer our guests a Ninja coffee maker to make all their favorite coffee concoctions. Complimentary coffee, creamers and sugar are all stocked. TEA BAR: For our guests who are not coffee drinkers, we offer a tea station. CEREAL BAR: Our cereal bar is always a hit at our other Airbnb's and so we brought here for you. KITCHEN SPACE: No one wants to cook in a kitchen and not have all the cooking essentials at their fingertips..... For our guests, we offer a slow cooker, rice cooker, grill, range top griddle, quesadilla maker, blender, bakeware, serving trays, cups, mugs, flatware, dinner ware, prep supplies and everything else needed for comfort cooking. Enjoy !! LIVING SPACE: Our relaxing living room is equipped with a 65' Smart TV and designed with ambient lighting, warm neutral colors, a chesterfield extra soft & wide chair, a gas fireplace, designer inspired decor, neutral zen colors for true cozy, comfortable, homey ambience. DINING AREA: The dining room is our gathering place for laughter, joy, good food, and family memories. We designed this space with a rustic farmhouse style table, comfy linen chairs, warm neutral colors and designer inspired decor for a truly relaxing eating space. BOOKS/GAMES/TOYS: We offer a small library of books, board games/puzzles and toys for family enjoyment. PORCH: Our Porch area was designed with maximum relaxation in mind for our guests. We designed this space with a sofa, teak wood coffee table, succulents & a few fun garden figures to bring you joy. BACKYARD SPACE: We wanted to offer a true getaway experience for our guests. The backyard space was designed with a BBQ grill gazebo, a fire pit area with a sofa lounge sectional, a luxurious sauna, a pergola with outdoor dining, topiaries, ambient lighting and super soft turf. GARAGE: We offer an air hockey table for our guests enjoyment. SAUNA: For complete relaxation, we offer a sauna for our guests. Please read all safety rules posted on the sauna before using it. Please kindly keep children out of the sauna. Sauna is for persons 18 or older only. Your safety is your own responsibility. When using our Sauna, you agree to have knowledge on use of a sauna and will be responsible for your own safety. Please keep Sauna closed when not in use by you. If you suffer from any ailments or health issues or are unsure on how to use a sauna, please DO NOT us the sauna. Thank you. OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS: We offer our guests supreme peace of mind with the number one alarm system on the Market: Vivant. There are NO indoor cameras, only outdoor cameras. Our outdoor cameras are regularly monitored for our guests' safety and also for the protection of our home/property. Guests are prohibited from altering any camera settings on the dashboard or touching the outdoor cameras. Any damages caused by guests to our security system will result in immediate removal of all guests off the property with no REFUND and a fee of $1000 plus assessed for our Leased camera equipment. Regular alerts/notifications are sent to us with any changes or safety concerns. Guest access Our guests have full access to the entire property for their full enjoyment. Please Kindly do NOT climb the backyard fence or intrude into any of our neighbor's properties. Our neighbors deserve a peaceful and quiet home. Should there be any complaints from our neighbors, Airbnb will be called and a warning will be issued to you. For any second incidents, you will be asked to Vacate the property right away with no refund. Thank you. Other things to note * NO Smoking or Vaping allowed. * NO Parties or Events allowed.
