The ground floor of the home comprises a verandah with a seating area and a swing, living and dining area, and 2 bedrooms (each with an ensuite bathroom). Ascend a flight of stairs to the first floor comprising a lounge area with board games and table tennis, 2 bedrooms (each with an ensuite bathroom) and a terrace with a seating area overlooking the surrounding greenery. The second floor of the home comprises the master bedroom with a separate seating area overlooking verdant greenery and distant hills. Across the lawn, you can find the pool and gazebo across the lawn with a powder room. Guest access - Our Guests will have uninterrupted access to all the spaces Indoors (Living area, Bedrooms) and outdoors (Pool, Lawn) and amenities except the kitchen. - We do not allow access to our kitchen hence our chef will serve you at the dining table. - The kitchen can be only accessed by all moms & dads for cooking meals for their infants. Other things to note Room amenities include a pullout mattress, a fan, WiFi, a private closet, and an air conditioner. Both the bedrooms on the first floor have private balconies. 4 cars can be parked free of any additional charges. Villa amenities include a lounge area with indoor games such as table tennis and board games, TV, backyard, porch, swimming pool, gazebo and WiFi. The home has an elevator, but it's currently out of order. There are 2 indie dogs on the property. The approach road to the property (250 m) is a little rough. Guests are advised to maintain caution. In case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown. Security Deposit: ₹ 5000 per room
