The space • The Urban Space Loft is located in the Olivos neighborhood. • The master bedroom has a king size bed and is located on a mezzanine on the top floor. It's important to know that the ceiling in this area is lower than normal with a height of 1.80 meters. • The second room, also located on the upper floor's mezzanine, overlooks the living room, creating an internal balcony. This room is lower than the previous one, with a ceiling of 1.45 meters, and the entrance has a height of 1.30 meters, specially designed for the entry of children, so an adult must bend down to enter. Due to its particular design, it is a recreational space exclusively for children. • On the ground floor is the living room with 2 sofa beds, 1 TV and a work space with desk. Other things to note • The loft is for children over 10 years old. Not suitable for small children and infants, as the 2 rooms on the mezzanine and the staircase leading to them do not have a child protection net. Room number 2 was originally designed for older children, so an adult cannot stand up in it. And it's equipped with a single bed. • It is important to note that both rooms, both the main and secondary rooms, do not have a door. They are semi-open spaces that are accessed without a door, which means they cannot be closed. • In line with modern architectural trends, the Loft operates mainly on electricity (water heater, coffee maker, stove, air conditioning and other equipment). The kitchen is the only gas element. To avoid overloading, ensure optimal performance and avoid tripping the thermal, use only the appliances provided in the Loft. • The Loft offers a prime location with direct access to bus line number 19 that passes around the corner, quickly connecting with Avenida Maipú and other important points. This bus operates 24 hours a day, and has a stop just 1 block from the Loft, on the corner of San Lorenzo and Chacabuco. From the main room you can hear the bus passing, part of the urban charm of the area.
