PARKING Free parking - Oversized carport Adequate for 2 vehicles is at the end of tree lined gravel driveway. . There is also parking along the property’s road frontage for larger vehicles or trailers. Carport also has string patio lights for evenings enjoyed outside. ENTRY Access with a keypad lock on the front door. The entry code will be sent prior to check-in. KITCHEN The kitchenette is stocked with dishes, utensils, toaster oven/air fryer, and a flat griddle cooktop. You can always save and reheat any leftovers in the microwave, toaster oven/air fryer from all the tasty eateries you are sure to visit. Coffee lovers will love having the Keurig. Hydration is made easy using the refrigerator water and ice dispenser. There is NO stove. DINING AREA The spacious dining area adjacent to the kitchen has table seating for 4. It has a separate nook with a recliner to lay back read a book or relax while taking in the lush view from the double window. LIVING ROOM An intimate living area welcomes you back from your adventures. Take rest on our comfy couch or lay back in the recliner as you watch TV with FIRESTICK. Wi-Fi, TV, & FIRESTICK Wi-Fi providing internet speeds up to 500Mbps. FIRESTICK so Guests can sign in to their favorite TV apps for access. FRONT SCREENED PORCH The house features a sizable screened porch with seating. Nestled between shade trees and shrubs you can relax your troubles away in privacy. MASTER BEDROOM A good night's sleep is vital for the weary traveler! This bedroom features a very comfortable queen mattress with box spring for extra support. It has corner chair, chest of drawers, a vanity, TV with FIRESTICK , and closet to hang or put your clothes away. Crisp, clean linens are always provided. MASTER BATHROOM While Showering the water pressure and hot water is aplenty. It is perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and hair dryer is provided. Crisp, clean towels are always provided. HALLWAY There are two closets in the main hall area have supplies that you may need. Cleaning closet- broom-dustpan, mop-bucket, and a vacuum. Linen closet- Extra linens, blankets, and extra pillows. SITTING AREA A second sitting area is adjacent to the guest bedroom. This room has 2 wingback chairs with a table for games, TV with FIRESTICK, and a ceiling fan. GUEST BEDROOM The guest bedroom features 2 single beds with box springs, ceiling fan, vanity, and has its own private bathroom. Guest bedroom is adjacent to the sitting area for your own privacy. Crisp, clean linens are always provided. GUEST BATHROOM Water pressure and hot water is aplenty. It’s perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Take a shower or a long soak in the tub. Hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided. Crisp, clean towels are always provided. WASHER & DRYER The laundry area has a full size washer and dryer. Guests will need to provide their own laundry detergent. PET POLICY Pets are not allowed at this listing!!
