Enjoy the HUGE fenced-in backyard, cook up your meals with all cooking utensils you may need, & enjoy restful nights on the plush queen bed in the master and full beds in guest rooms. Kayaking & fishing a short distance away at the Bay or Magnolia River, and white sand beaches at Gulf Shores & Orange Beach. The space The Space: Living Room: comfortable Lazy Boy couches, Smart TV with Roku and local antenna, DVDs and player, family games available. Kitchen: dishes, wine glasses, all cooking utensils, Coffee Bar with teas and restocked coffee grounds, spices, pots & pans, blender, knife set, tea kettle, toaster Dining: 3 dining spaces (6-person dining table, 2-person kitchen dining, 4-person outdoor dining) Bathrooms: 2 full baths Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms (plush Tempur-pedic queen in master, full size bed in bedroom 1, full size bed in bedroom 2). Main bedroom has a TV with Roku and local antenna. Office space: desk and chair to work remotely in back bedroom or at the kitchen table Laundry: washer and dryer available for use and misc items (cleaning supplies, fly swatter, fire extinguisher, bug spray, etc.) Outdoor: Seating on the covered front porch and dining table on the back patio. New outdoor grill with utensils, fruit trees, garden shrubs, and mature oak trees with the coastal AL birds welcoming you! Garage: Currently not available for use Guest access Entire house and backyard for the whole family to enjoy! The garage is currently locked off and not available. Other things to note We now allow a MAXIMUM of 2 dogs (sorry, no other pets) with a $10 fee/dog and special rules. Please make sure to specify if you are traveling with your dog, otherwise unapproved dogs will be charged $50. Please check the house rules for more details.
