The shared area of the building is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. Other things to note Guests must climb stairs - there are 2 sets of stairs and each flight has 5-6 stairs with handrails to the apartment. There may be potential for some noise, given that it’s an apartment complex with 12 units, you will at times hear general “living” noises. There is 1 reserved parking space with reserved sign in lot attached to the building. Any additional parking would have to be on the street where permitted. No RVs or commercial vehicles, please. Wi-Fi, 55” Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels are provided free for guests during your stay. We also provide some complimentary basics upon arrival to help you get started like some soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Please note, these items are not replenished. If you use them up and need more, you’ll need to purchase more. We must respect our neighbors; therefore, NO parties/events, loud music, raised voices, or excessive noise permitted. The property is equipped with MINUT, a noise monitoring device that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. It does not record, it only detects decibel levels. Tampering with or attempting to disable this devise will result in a $200 fine and immediate removal from the property. -You can self-check-in using the electronic keypad at the front door. - Access codes are always sent within 24 hours of your arrival. - Outside, guests will have access to their own designated parking spot. - Guests will have access to their own individual units as well as a shared laundry room within the building. Other things to note Guests must climb stairs. There are 4-5 steps down to the unit (it’s considered a "garden apartment" because it's partially under the main/street level of the building), and then to go out of the building, there are two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails. The coin-operated laundry room is on the 2nd floor and would require climbing up and down a few flights of steps as well. There may be potential for some noise, given that it’s an apartment complex with 12 units, you will at times hear general “living” noises. There is 1 off-street parking space with a reserved sign. Please park there, and do not park on the other side of the parking lot where the daycare is. Any additional parking would have to be on the street where permitted. Downtown Cleveland is only a short car ride away, where you can attend a variety of sporting events, visit a museum, see a concert, grab a cup of coffee, get some grub, and shop till you drop. Drive a little over an hour west and you'll find yourself at Cedar Point: the home of some of the worlds best roller coasters. - Free designated parking space at the property for your convenience - Free parking offered on the street for most surrounding restaurants/ businesses - Close to public transportation to transport you anywhere you need - Uber and Lyft drivers are plentiful in this area - Less than 15 min to airport - Easy highway access to I-90 - Please note guests must climb some steps to get in the house, one step to enter the side entrance, and the basement has a few steps going down. - Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $75 pet fee for up to 2 dogs (under 60 lbs). Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets. If so, there will be a $200 fine per pet. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets. - Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more are provided free during your stay. - We do provide some complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival to help you get started, like some soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Plus, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels and some laundry detergent. Once you run out of any item, just note these items are not replenished. At that point, you’d need to purchase more of what you need. - A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture.
