The property is equipped with MINUT, a noise monitoring device that notifies of noise level breaches. Tampering will result in a $200 fine and immediate removal. Guest access ◆ Guests can self-check-in using the electronic keypad at the front door. Access codes are typically sent within 24 hours of your arrival for added convenience. ◆ Each guest has access to their individual unit as well as a shared laundry room within the building. ⚠️ As the property is part of an apartment complex with 12 units, guests may experience occasional noise associated with everyday activities. Other things to note 👣 Guests should be aware that the unit is located on the top floor, so stairs will be required. Additionally, the coin-operated laundry facilities are on the second floor, which also involves climbing a few flights of stairs. 👣 Please be aware that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, with one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement. 👣 Guests must climb stairs to access the unit, with 4-5 steps down to the unit (considered a "garden apartment") and two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails to exit the building. The coin-operated laundry room is on the 2nd floor, requiring climbing up and down a few flights of steps. 🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a pet fee applies for up to two pets with no weight limit. Groups traveling with more than two pets will be charged an additional fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please reach out to us before your stay if you plan to bring pets. ⚠️ Please be aware that this property includes a set of stairs.
